Porous sintered Spargers increase gas absorption by as much as 300% over traditional gas spargers. resulting in less gas consumption. Sparger are available as inline sparger, tank sparger, micro spager and as an assembly.

Description / Poreus gesinterde sparger
Our spargers are well suited for sparging and gas-liquid contact applications. The gas flows through a network of fine pores resulting in small homogeneous bubbles which lead to high efficiency in gas-liquid contact.
Porous sintered metal is used to create fine bubbles and prevents back flow of liquid through the pores at lower pressures.
The sintered filter sparger are available in the following materials: Stainless Steel, Bronze, Hastelloy C276, Hastelloy X, Hastelloy C22, Inconel 600, Monel 400, Nickel, Titanium and more.
